HCLTech hiring process
Who it is for
TechBee is an early career programme for Class 12 pass students. The marks and subjects required (such as Maths) depend on the batch.
Step 1: HCL CAT
An online aptitude test - quantitative and logical reasoning. In some batches, candidates with a good JEE Main percentile have been reported as exempt from this test.
Step 2: Interview
An interview with HCLTech's selection team - who you are, why you want to join, and basic understanding.
Step 3: Versant English test
A computer-scored spoken English test - listening, repeating and building sentences.
Information about the TechBee programme is on HCLTech's official TechBee site. The order of stages (CAT, interview, Versant) and the cut-offs are commonly reported and can change each batch - read the current batch's notice on the registration page.
