01Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the app on computers you control. You may not resell it, rent it out, or distribute modified builds as if they were ours.

02Where you may use it

This is the part that matters. Recording, transcribing and receiving assistance during a conversation is regulated in many places and forbidden by many organisations, examinations and hiring processes.

You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you and for obtaining any consent the law or your agreements require. Use it where you are permitted to; do not use it where you are not.

• Follow the recording and consent laws of every place a participant is in.
• Follow the policy of the meeting, the examination or the employer.
• Do not use it to impersonate expertise in a process that forbids assistance.
• Do not use it to capture confidential material you have no right to.

03Third-party services

Answers are written by third-party AI models and speech is transcribed by a third-party speech-recognition service. Both run through the Cuelyte AI server on your plan's credits; you do not need accounts with them. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for UPI and card checkout; Dodo Payments' own terms apply to payments made through it.

04Paid plans, renewal and cancellation

Pro and Ultra Pro are monthly subscriptions at the price shown on the pricing page, all taxes included. A subscription starts when you pay and renews automatically every month, charging the same method, until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your account page. You will not be charged again; your plan and its credits last until the end of the month already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan. Months already started are not refunded - see the refund and cancellation policy.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan is not extended and the account moves to the Free plan when the paid month ends.

05What the app does not promise

Answers are generated by a language model and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Transcription can mishear. Nothing the app produces is professional advice, and you remain responsible for what you say and do in your own meeting.

Hide mode excludes the window from screen capture on supported systems. It does not make the app invisible to a person in the room, to a camera, or to monitoring software installed on your computer.

06Availability

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption, that a provider will stay available, or that a future operating-system release will not break part of it.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost data, or the outcome of any virtual meeting, call or examination in which the app was used.

08Ending the licence

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end this licence if you breach these terms, in particular the section on where you may use it.

09Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
